How it Works
Start your journey with a 90-minute package; nutrition consultation sessions are designed to equip and empower you. Think of your Registered Dietitian as your partner for change: someone who listens, guides, and helps you explore what truly matters to you. Together, you’ll uncover your strengths, navigate challenges, and build a sustainable approach to eating that supports your energy, mood, performance, longevity, and long-term Whole Health. What to Expect in Your First Nutrition Visit
Your first nutrition consultation with a Dietitian will be experienced during your initial 60-minute session. Our dietitian will take time to get to know you and support your Whole Health journey:
• Build a supportive connection between you and your dietitian
Introduce our Pause. Notice. Choose. (PNC) approach to care
• Review your completed intake form together
• Talk through your health history, goals, motivators, and any challenges
• Complete a body composition scan via InBody (optional)
• Review and discuss your results in a way that makes sense
• Create a plan
• Set clear, achievable SMART goals
• Schedule your 30-minute follow-up to keep the momentum going
What to Expect in Your Follow-up Visit
During your follow-up visit, your Dietitian will check in on your progress, revisit your goals, and make any needed adjustments to your nutrition plan to help you stay on track and feel your best!
• Reflect on your previous goals utilizing Pause. Notice. Choose. (PNC)
• Share personalized nutrition education. This may include a one-week meal plan, meal ideas, recipes, or updated macronutrient guidance
• Revisit your SMART goals or create new ones based on your current needs
• Schedule your next 30-minute follow-up to keep the momentum going

Welcome to our Nutrition Kitchen Experiences, where food meets fun!
In our Signature Classes, you’ll get to explore a world of flavors while picking up new cooking skills and delicious, healthy recipes.
Our Cooking with Kids Classes are the perfect opportunity for an adult and child at least 5 years old to team up, cook together, and enjoy a tasty journey of learning. From kneading dough to mixing wholesome ingredients, it’s all about learning simple skills in the kitchen. Plus, it’s a chance to eat well while creating lasting memories.
Looking to indulge? Pairing Classes allow guests 21+ to sit back, relax, and let our chef guide you through a multi-course culinary journey, expertly paired with beverages to elevate every dish. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, savor incredible flavors, and enjoy great company.
In the Nutrition Kitchen, every class is more than just cooking—it’s a chance to focus on all aspects of your well-being. What to Know
• Registration closes 24 hours prior to the start of class. All sales are final when registration closes. If you need to cancel your booking, make sure to do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the Nutrition Kitchen experience.
• Our Signature Classes are for ages 13 and up, and allows members and associates to pick up new skills and learn recipes to take home for $35 per participant.
• Signature Classes that include a wine or beer pairing are for ages 21+ and are $45 per participant.
• Our Family Classes are for ages 5 and up, and encourage an adult and child team up to cook and learn together for $12.50 per participant. (Both the adult and child must have a ticket for the class.)
• Each participant must have ticket to take part in a Nutrition Kitchen experience.
