Active Walmart and Sam's Club associates are invited to join Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness for a bi-weekly rate of $12 per paycheck. As an individual Whole Health & Fitness member, you'll also have exclusive access to all facility amenities and programs.

Up to two eligible extended household members age 26+ - elder parents, adult dependents, plus caregivers - can be added to your membership for the additional cost of $45.50 monthly per added member. See a staff member at the facility to add an extended household member.
